NDIS registration in progress
Disability support in Melbourne for NDIS participants
Personal care, household help, community access and transport for people who self-manage or plan-manage their NDIS funding. Honest, scheduled support — not a slogan.
We currently support NDIS participants who self-manage or plan-manage their funding. Agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plans need a registered provider until our registration is approved.

Questions families actually ask
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Not yet. Quantum Care is progressing NDIS registration. Until that is approved, we support participants who self-manage or plan-manage their funding. We will update this website when registration is approved.
Who can use Quantum Care right now?
NDIS participants whose funding is self-managed or plan-managed, plus their families, plan nominees and referring support coordinators. If your plan is agency-managed by the NDIA, you will need a registered provider for those supports until our registration is approved.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No. Our current hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with supports scheduled in advance. Overnight and 24/7 coverage is planned after registration — it is not available to book today.
Do you provide SIL or support coordination?
Not as current services. Those are on our post-registration roadmap. Today we deliver daily living and personal care, cleaning and gardening, community access, and transport in Greater Melbourne.
How do I start?
Call 0451 921 941, email admin@quantumcare.com.au, or send an enquiry. Tell us how the plan is managed and what support you are looking for. There is no pressure to sign anything on the first conversation.
