A Melbourne team built around honest support
We combine practical in-home and community support with clear communication for participants, families and coordinators.
Quantum Care started from a simple observation: families should not have to decode a website to work out whether a provider is registered, overnight, or actually available.
Today we deliver daily living and personal care, cleaning and gardening, community access and transport across Greater Melbourne. We support people who self-manage or plan-manage their NDIS funding.
We are not a registered NDIS provider yet. Registration is in progress. Until it is approved we will not use registration logos, will not take agency-managed plans, and will not advertise SIL, support coordination or 24/7 coverage as if they exist.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Supports are scheduled in advance. We do not currently offer overnight or 24/7 coverage.
