Community access in Melbourne on an NDIS plan
What community participation support can look like in Greater Melbourne, from appointments to local recreation.

Community access is the support that gets someone out of the house and into a life that is not only appointments. In Melbourne that might be a library, a cafe, a rec group, or a walk that is actually accessible.
What we do
We plan the outing with you. We support the activity. If you also need help with the travel, that is a separate transport conversation.
What we do not do
We do not run a day program building you have to attend. We do not advertise “inclusive weekend events” we have not organised. We do not pretend every community cost is funded.
Practical notes
Weather, fatigue and accessible toilets are part of the plan, not an afterthought. If an activity is not a good fit, we change it. That is the point of participant-directed support.
