Daily living and personal care: what a first week looks like
A realistic first week of in-home NDIS daily living support in Melbourne — from the first conversation to the first roster.

The first week should feel organised, not theatrical. No app that does not exist. No overnight cover we cannot staff.
Day one: a conversation
We ask how the plan is managed, what mornings and evenings actually look like, and who else is in the house. Family and nominees are welcome on the call.
Matching a worker
We look at days, suburb, and the kind of help requested. All workers we send have screening checks. If we cannot cover the roster you want, we say so.
The roster
Supports run Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. We do not currently offer overnight or 24/7. If that is what you need, you will need another provider for those hours — including after we are registered, until we have actually stood that service up.
After the first shifts
We check in. If the match is wrong, we fix it. Dignity in personal care is not optional: it is the job.
